References within these terms and conditions to JobsInTravel.Work or to Wanderlust should be interpreted as interchangeable and referring to both entities and you should not infer anything from the use of one rather than the other. The term 'user' means any user of the site including, but not limited to, Job Seekers and Employers.
Wanderlust reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
JobsInTravel.Work provides a service to bring Job Seekers and Employers together. Job Seekers and Employers can register, create profiles/job posts and search for jobs and resumes. By using JobsInTravel.Work you are entering into an agreement with Wanderlust that is governed exclusively by these Terms and Conditions.
Job Seeker personal data will be available to Employers visiting JobsInTravel.Work. Personal data includes a Name which is mandatory, an email Address which is mandatory and a Telephone Number which is optional.
Personal data provided by the user may be used by JobsInTravel.Work to notify the user of any news, and or promotional offers relating only to the JobsInTravel.Work website. The user can unsubscribe from these notifications at anytime.
JobsInTravel.Work will not disclose user personal data to any third party.
The JobsInTravel.Work website may not be used for any of the following purposes:
The user is required to provide truthful information in their profile or job post.
It is prohibited to use any text or images from JobsInTravel.Work for personal or commercial use.
JobsInTravel.Work will not be responsible for and for any untruthful and/or inaccurate information included in job posts and profiles.
JobsInTravel.Work reserves the right to edit or delete any information submitted by the user to the website without notice.
JobsInTravel.Work will not be responsible for any loss or damage the user may encounter from using the website. It is the sole responsibility of the user to independently validate any information that appears on JobsInTravel.Work including, but not limited to, details of employment offered and information contained within Job Seekers' profiles.
